*Coaching in Wytham Woods

You want to sort out your life – and what better place to do that than wonderful Wytham Woods, just 4 miles from the centre of Oxford.

Connect with nature, connect with yourself.

Research has shown that natural environments promote well-being because they expose people to low levels of stress. Urban landscapes demand attention and bombard us with information, but in a natural setting you are free to think as much or as little as you wish. You can examine the detail of a tree’s structure

or take in the whole of a sweeping view.

However you choose to experience Wytham Woods, you will have access to this ancient woodland every time you come for coaching as my office is opposite the main car park for the woods. You can get a permit from the University of Oxford to walk in Wytham Woods whenever it is open to the public (usually 10am to dusk) by clicking here.

It is not so much for its beauty that the forest makes a claim upon men’s hearts, as for that subtle something, that quality of air that emanates from old trees, that so wonderfully changes and renews a weary spirit.                                                                                                                             – Robert Louis Stevenson
